An attractive severance package will be offered from now on to Opel employees of all areas at the German locations, following programs for partial retirement (ATZ) and early retirement (Senior Leave) already implemented since last December. This voluntary leave program has been agreed by the management and the works council within the framework of the arbitration office.

The voluntary leave program is in line with the Pace! Plan objective to avoid forced redundancies and plant closures.
